Equipped with a wet brake system, our dump trucks offer more reliable braking. Also, the high-torque hydraulic power steering system, single-sided long-head cab, framed skin structure, and fully covered dump body ensure safe and reliable operation.
The four-valve technology enables full fuel combustion in the engine, making the dump trucks highly efficient. The specially matched engine power, transmission shift, and drive axle speed allow the trucks to operate at high speed with low fuel consumption, reducing overall emissions.
All our major assemblies are co-developed with professional domestic manufacturers and adapted for different working conditions, ensuring stable performance, mature technology, and high reliability in the trucks’ transmission, braking, and load-bearing systems.
For steep slopes, uneven roads, slippery surfaces, and wading situations, we use high specific power, specific torque, and high-ratio drive axles to ensure smooth starts on slopes and good grade ability, providing ample power and high circulation efficiency.
The professionally designed chassis and cab give our underground dump truck a compact overall structure, low center of gravity, and small turning radius, allowing them to operate flexibly in confined spaces, steep gradients, and tight turns in tunnels.
The flexible frame, made from high-strength wide-body dump truck-specific joist steel, reduces impact damage during material loading. Additionally, with high-tonnage axles, engineering steel wire tires, and reinforced rims, our underground dump trucks deliver superior load-bearing performance.
